Experience: Minimum 2 year in BPO Recruitment Hiring .
Roles & Responsibility
Responsible for the complete life cycle of total recruitment process of the company.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Coordinating with managers to arrange technical panels for interview.
Sourcing profiles from Database / Various Web Portals / LinkedIn
Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
scheduling the candidates for interviews.
Executed and Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports.
